Shipment dispatch times

• In stock items will be dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm.

• Custom Made orders - plain no crystals 5 - 10 working days

• Custom Made orders - with crystals 10 - 20 working days.

• We also work to competition dates sending bikinis out 3 weeks before your date so there is plenty of time for alterations if needed.

Postage

All custom made garments will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.

International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed with online confirmation

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any items.  Your item has been made for you by your request and we have liaised with you along the way on your style, size and colour  Our items are custom made and while most of the time the sizing is correct, we can alter any garment to fit you perfectly.  If you have any problems at all with your purchase, please call 01282 606244 or email us at harlequinbikinisltd@gmail.com to discuss the problem and we will do everything we can to sort it out.

If you are returning trunks for different size they should be repacked and returned to

Once the item has been received and checked your replacement will be issued.

Please note: Only unused and unworn products can be returned.

• Return postage is not refundable and postage to resend will need to be paid before the new item is sent.
