In stock items will be dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm.
Custom Made orders - plain with no crystals 5 - 10 working days
Custom Made orders - with crystal orders 10 - 20 working days.
All custom made garments will be sent by insured guaranteed UK Royal Mail Next Day Delivery by 1pm or Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed with online confirmation.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is always taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you wish to return any items or the product is faulty on delivery, please call 01282 606244 or email us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. Items returned without an Authorisation number maybe be rejected.
Items should then be packaged as they where delivered and addressed as follows (This is important and may delay a refund or replacement):

The returns authorisation number must be clearly visible on the returns packaging, failure to clearly display the returns authorisation number may slow down the processing of your returns or cause its delivery to be rejected. Once products have been checked in through our returns system and are found to be defective or in a saleable condition then a full refund will be given.
Please note: Only unused products can be returned.
All we ask is you pay for the transport cost to return the products and make sure they are packed properly to avoid any damages.
The customer will be responsible for all freight charges both ways unless the wrong item is received, the products are damaged in shipping or the products are found to be defective.
